- MMS-Mobile Monitoring System is a project monitoring tool.
- MMS works through a Server (provided by AquinoSystems), one computer application and an application for Android devices (smartphones or tablets)
- From the computer application the logical framework of the project is defined; also, all branches involved in the implementation and the target communities as well as all the staff involved to carry out the project activities
- From the logical framework, all project goals will integrate the quantitative indicators to measure the project achievements.
- From the field, some activities may be rescheduled which should be approved by the project coordinator from the application installed in his/her computer.
- From the field, the means of verification may be sent through photos as soon as the activity has been carried out.
- Each previously programmed activity is reminded by an email message, automatically prepared, and sent directly from the application installed in the project coordinator computer in monthly basis.
